Potential presenters should submit an abstract of no more than 300 words and a biographical statement of no more than 200 words.
Papers should be designed to be delivered in no more than 15 minutes. A two-minute grace period is allowed, but panel chairs have the right to firmly halt a presentation that gets to 17 minutes in length.
Panels with three papers should be designed for 60 minutes (three 15-minute papers, 15 minutes Q&A). Panels with four papers should be designed for 75 minutes (four 15-minute papers, 15 minutes Q&A). Proposals for panels should include an abstract for each paper, along with contact information and a biographical statement for each presenter.
Presentations must be delivered in person at the conference venue. Online presenting is not an available option.
Each panel location will have a Windows laptop computer projecting onto a wall screen. Audio will play only through the laptop speakers unless a presenter makes specific arrangements with the Conference Committee at least two weeks before the date of the Conference. Presenters may show PowerPoint slides and video; but these must be copied to the projecting laptop, not downloaded from the web, since these computers will NOT have internet access.
